ENID, OK - Thousands of books in a variety of genres will be available at Hospice Circle of Love’s Spring Book Sale coming up Friday, April 5 th from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday, April 6 th from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at 314 S. Third, Enid.
Volunteers have been sorting new book donations weekly. “Most of our books are in good to great condition,” commented event organizer Julie Nelson. “We have many that look brand new from popular authors,” she added.
Books will be separated by genre including fiction novels, mysteries, science fiction, war and history, true crime, biographies, coffee table books, westerns, cookbooks, children’s books, classics, craft magazines and much more.
Hardback books will be $2.00, and paperbacks will be $1.00 on the first day of the sale. On the second day hardbacks will be only $1.00 and paperbacks will all be $.50. Harlequin romance novels will be available for just $5.00 a bag. Customers will receive a free bookmark with every purchase.
In addition to books, customers can find puzzles, DVD movies, CDs, board games and books on tape. “We invite everyone to come out and shop. You are sure to find something that interests you,” commented Nelson.
Proceeds from the event help with patient care. Hospice Circle of Love started serving patients in Northwest Oklahoma in 1983 and they are one of the oldest hospices in Oklahoma. Circle of Love is the only 5 star rated hospice in the area according to Medicare’s family caregiver survey.
