The Celebration Gathering for Horace Wittmer, 79, of Sapulpa, formally of Enid, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday December 14, 2015 at the American Legion Hall in Enid with Reverend Jeff Pino officiating. Complete care Cremation services were provided by Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.
Horace was born November 30, 1936 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Earl and Ruth Wittmer and passed into heaven December 6, 2015. He graduated from Ponca City High School. He enlisted the United States Army for and served in the Korea War and the Vietnam conflict. He retired after 20 years of service. He moved to Enid and worked at the Enid State School. He moved to Spangle Washington in 2003. He married Lilly Ellis June 5, 2006. They moved to Enid in 2014 and recently to Sapulpa. He had a passion for fishing and loved animals.
He is survived by his 2 Brothers; 7 Sons, Daniel, 20 Grandchildren, 33 Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren; Numerous Nieces and Nephews and 2 dogs Brooklyn Nichole, and Tubbers.
