ENID, OK - Many residents in Enid have friends of friends out in the Oklahoma Panhandle that lost thousands of acres and hundreds of cattle in the recent wild fires. Their loss has been incredible, so Brent Kroeker and Ryan Ediger have come up with a way to go out and support them as they rebuild.

As you can see in the picture posted, many miles of wooden fence posts burned and now need pulled. Wire also needs to be rolled up, so they can rebuild soon before the spring grass comes back. Right now there are literally thousands of acres that run into each other and across county roads and highways that can't hold cattle in place.

Kroeker and Ediger have made arrangements to go out and put teams of men in place with front end loaders to pull posts and roll wire. They are asking Enid area men to join them for a couple days of great work, for families who desperately need help and encouragement.

This operation is in need of dozens of regular folks to work on each team of tractors to move posts, drive pickups, and roll wire. If you can work, you're needed!

The team is planning on leaving Enid on Saturday, April 1 at 5:00am and returning on Sunday, April 2 at 7:00pm. They plan to link up at Atwoods on W. Garriott Saturday morning before heading out.

There will be a large guest house to crash in on Saturday night and Woodward is only 55 miles away with many $70 hotel rooms. If you have questions please post them in the discussion are on their Facebook Page.
