ENID, OK - Governor Kevin Stitt was in town on Monday to speak to the Rotary Club of Enid. A record crowd of 144 people got to hear him talk about his first year in office and his Top 10 vision for the state.

Stitt said, "I want you to know that I really think that Enid is a special, special community." He believes Enid is the anchor in northwest Oklahoma.

Stitt talked about moving the needle and what his Top 10 vision for the state is. He discussed many different changes he's made in his first year to improve how state government is run.
