ENID, OK — Gaslight Theatre is looking for bids from artists to create handmade artistic awards for its annual awards banquet that will be held in August. Submissions are due by June 15, with a final decision being made by June 30. Submissions should include a rendering of the award, a description of the medium (latex paint, spray paint, wood, etc.), an explanation of the art, the artist's information, the artist's experience and examples of same and an itemized budget not to exceed $300. The awards should embody the spirit of the theatre and the event.

Set for Aug. 25, the Charlie Awards is the Gaslight Theatre’s annual awards banquet where actors, actresses, backstage, technical, and various extraordinary volunteers are awarded for their superior accomplishments in the areas of acting, stage or technical work, or going above and beyond as a friend to the theatre. This year is celebrating the 51st year of the Gaslight.
