Floyd was born on July 7, 1925 in Helena, OK to Willard and Eunice (Brassfield) Wagner and passed away on January 11, 2019 in Enid.

Floyd was in The United States Army Air Corps and served during WWII. He married Peggy Packard on November 23, 1949 in Helena. He retired from Mesa after working there for forty-one years. He enjoyed being in a poker club with many of his friends. Floyd was an avid fisherman and he enjoyed playing tennis for many years. He was an excellent gardener and loved sharing his produce with many of his neighbors and friends.

Floyd was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Wagner; one brother, Vernon Wagner; and one sister, Evelyn Bonham.

He is survived by his four children, Diane and Eldon Lehman of Mustang, Wayne and Cindy Wagner of Enid, Steve and Sharon Wagner of Enid, and Susan of Enid; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
