The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Commission announces the following celebratory events: PRAYER BREAKFAST: Stride Bank Center Ballroom at 8:00am. PROGRAM: The celebratory program begins at 11:30am at the Stride Bank Center Ballroom. MARCH: The march is scheduled for 1:30pm.
