Enid’s 3rd Annual Community Dental Day & Health Fair is scheduled for Friday, September 23 from 8 AM to 2 PM. The event will be held at Great Plains Family Dentistry of Enid located at 4125 W. Owen K. Garriott (just east of Chick-Fil-A). There will be free dental extractions for adults and free dental cleanings and sealants for kids. METTA Mondays in May at The Farm on Norman Meditation lead by Erika Gargis Join us every Monday in May at The farm on Norman to send METTA (loving kindness) meditation to ourselves and to all beings everywhere. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or chair. Parking directions: follow the parking signs on the corner of Norman Rd & Taylor Rd to turn into the field on Taylor rd. Join INTEGRIS Bass Baptist Health Center, the Garfield Co. Health Dept. and TSET on Wednesday, June 14, for a free men’s health and wellness fair in honor of National Men’s Health Month. They will offer several health screenings, including blood pressure, BMI, cholesterol and more, and health resources will be on hand as well. Attendees will be offered a light lunch, and a smoothie bike will be on site for those who want to whip up a healthy, sweet treat while burning calories.
