Writing Workshop

The workshop will begin at 10 am—registration, coffee, and doughnuts at 9:00. We have 4 speakers, Rene Gutteridge, Laurel Thomas, Peggy Doviak, and Nick Lyons. We are offering pre-registration and payment electronically or by check. But pre-registration is a must, so we have a headcount. The price of the workshop is $20 and that includes lunch. American Military Heritage Museum Grand Opening
Oakwood Mall 4125 W. Owen K. Garriott, Enid, OK, United StatesThe former OK Military History Exhibit now has a permanent home inside the old Sears space at Oakwood Mall. Join them for the grand opening of the American Military Heritage Museum on Saturday, November 2 from 11 am-4 pm. Food, fun, live music and 40,000 sq ft of military memorabilia. Free admission. Independence St., Enid, OK, United StatesEach year the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Commission plans and organizes a comprehensive tribute that promotes diversity, equality, and education consistent with Dr. King's dream, work, and legacy. The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Commission announces the following celebratory events: PRAYER BREAKFAST: Stride Bank Center Ballroom at 8:00am. PROGRAM: The celebratory program begins at 11:30am at the Stride Bank Center Ballroom. MARCH: The march is scheduled for 1:30pm.
