Enid Hamfest

Enid Amateur Radio Club presents Enid Hamfest, on Saturday, September 14 from 8 am-3 pm at the Chisholm Trail Expo Center. Amateur Radio (ham radio) is a popular hobby and service that brings people, electronics and communication together. People use ham radio to talk across town, around the world, or even into space, all without the Internet or cell phones. It's fun, social, educational, and can be a lifeline during times of need. Learn more about the world of ham radio, and perhaps even apply to become a licensed amateur radio operator. Admission is $10 at the door.

Motor Mania

Motor Mania is back! Join Leonaro's on Saturday, September 28th as they welcome lots of amazing vehicles and the professionals who operate them! This gives kids an opportunity to get hands-on with these amazing machines in a safe setting! There will be construction equipment, a fire truck, police cars, and more! Tombstone Tales

Learn local history in an interesting way! Mark your calendars for Oct. 4-5 as Tombstone Tales returns to the Enid Cemetery! Re-enactment characters portray historic personalities who once lived in the Enid area and, as you ride through the cemetery, they approach your wagon to tell their unique, true stories. Family Farm Day

Join us for a fun day celebrating our agricultural heritage in the Cherokee Strip! Family Farm Day gives families the opportunity to participate in different hands-on activities. Come shell and grind corn, visit the petting zoo, decorate pumpkins, and MUCH MORE! These are just a few of the many activities families will experience at the Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center’s annual Family Farm Day event that celebrates the proud farming heritage that built Northwest Oklahoma!

American Military Heritage Museum Grand Opening

The former OK Military History Exhibit now has a permanent home inside the old Sears space at Oakwood Mall. Join them for the grand opening of the American Military Heritage Museum on Saturday, November 2 from 11 am-4 pm. Food, fun, live music and 40,000 sq ft of military memorabilia. Free admission.
