METTA Mondays in May at The Farm on Norman
Meditation lead by Erika Gargis
Join us every Monday in May at The farm on Norman to send METTA (loving kindness) meditation to ourselves and to all beings everywhere.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or chair.
Parking directions: follow the parking signs on the corner of Norman Rd & Taylor Rd to turn into the field on Taylor rd. Follow the driving path in the field to parking.
The cost is free. Class space is limited to 20, please text Erika (580-297-1865) to reserve your spot.
