Cherokee Strip Celebration & Parade
September 13 - September 14
The City of Enid celebrates the town’s 1893 founding at the annual Cherokee Strip Celebration September 13-14, 2024. The parade takes place September 14, 2024 at 10:30am and will be filled with fire trucks, floats, cars, marching bands and the traditional Longhorn steers.

Cherokee Strip Lunch Rush - Fry Bread Taco and a Drink for $10. Courthouse lawn.
SATURDAY SEPT 14th
9:00am Enid Walk of Fame Ceremony Stride Bank Center
9:00am-1:30pm Cherokee Strip Festival - Courthouse Lawn
10:30am Cherokee Strip Parade - downtown Enid
7:00pm David Allen Memorial Ballpark 25th Anniversary Celebration & NOC Alumni Baseball Game. Grand Finale Fireworks at David Allen Memorial Ballpark.
