ENID, OK - Enid Public Schools is seeking substitute teachers for the 2018-19 school year.

An orientation meeting will be held Tuesday from 8:30 am -noon in the Administrative Services Center boardroom, located at 500 S. Independence. The meeting is intended for those who have substituted for the district in the past and those who have completed an application at www.enidpublicschools.org.

EPS covers the cost of background checks for substitutes. Candidates should bring a driver’s license, official transcript, social security card and voided check to the orientation meeting.

Substitutes must have a high school diploma and have graduated from high school at least three years prior to employment, unless they are enrolled in a college-level education program. Priority is given to those with either a teaching certificate or a bachelor’s degree. Attending the meeting does not guarantee participation as a substitute teacher.
