ENID, OK - Help the United Way of Enid and NW Oklahoma kick off its 2019-20 public campaign by running in the 5K Foam Fun Run, where foam will be shooting onto the runners at different locations throughout the course.

Route is the one square block bounded by Broadway, Grand, Randolph & Independence, with foam machines set up in front of the Courthouse, and on the corners of Independence & Randolph, and Grand & Randolph.

Cost is $30. Pre registration available through the website or sign up at 6:00pm at the gazebo on Friday, September 8. Run starts at 7:00pm. Pre-Register online www.getmeregistered.com. Make sure you type “ENID” in the search bar.

Funds raised through the United Way of Enid & Northwest Oklahoma’s campaign supported 15 member agencies: Booker T. Washington Community Center, Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City, Cimarron Council – Boy Scouts of America, American Red Cross serving NW Oklahoma, Consumer Credit Counseling of Central Oklahoma, Community Development Support Association, Denny Price YMCA, Human Services Alliance of Greater Enid, Garfield County Child Advocacy Council, Girl Scouts of Western Oklahoma, RSVP of Enid and North Central Oklahoma, Thayne A. Hedges Regional Speech & Hearing Center, The Salvation Army, Youth & Family Services North Central Oklahoma and YWCA of Enid. Funds also support other local social and human services projects.
