ENID, OK - The Enid Symphony Orchestra presents GET HAPPY! on Saturday, October 17 at 7:30pm. A Celebration of Judy Garland’s Greatest Hits featuring Joan Ellison. Wear comfortable attire, it may turn cooler after dark so bring a blanket or sweater.
Vocalist Joan Ellison performs Judy Garland’s greatest hits. She will be accompanied by the ESO playing the original back-up charts written for Judy.
The show will include Zing! Went the String of My Heart, The Trolley Song, The Boy Next Door, The Man That Got Away, Get Happy, Stormy Weather and Judy’s signature song Over the Rainbow.
“Isn’t it time to GET HAPPY? It is a great joy to welcome Joan Ellison for an encore performance celebrating the songs made famous by Judy Garland. Last month’s Tribute to Motown concert highlighted the Gazebo at Government Springs Park as a wonderful setting for outdoor concerts. With free admission for children ages 12 and under when accompanied by an adult, this is affordable Family Friendly entertainment.” Douglas Newell.
No concessions will be sold. Feel free to bring a picnic dinner or the refreshments of your choice.

PARKING:
Reserved VIP Parking directly adjacent to the Gazebo area is provided for all ESO season subscribers displaying an ESO VIP Parking Pass.
SEATING AREAS:
VIP seating area for ESO VIP season subscribers and VIP single ticket holders will be reserved directly in front of the Gazebo and on the first two tiers of the hillside. Non-VIP ticket holders may choose a location within the General Admission reserved seating area. Bring your preferred outdoor seating – lawn chairs, blanket. Chairs will be available for ESO VIP season subscribers.
