ENID, OK - Enid Brewing Co. & Eatery proudly announces the appointment of Julie Bennett as the brewery's new General Manager. A distinguished graduate from Oklahoma State University's School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Bennett graduated at the top of her class in 2024 and brings a wealth of expertise shaped by her comprehensive training in culinary management and hospitality operations.

Bennett’s immediate impact has been transformative, as she is the visionary behind Enid Brewing Co.'s newly launched menu, which emphasizes local ingredients and a refined approach to farm-to table dining. With a passion for Oklahoma’s culinary traditions and craft brewing, Bennett is excited to elevate the brewery’s dining experience with her bold, locally sourced creations.

"Julie’s comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry, coupled with her passion for craft beer brewing developed during her time in our program, makes her the perfect fit for this leadership role at one of our region's most innovative breweries."

The new menu, developed under Bennett’s leadership, brings Enid Brewing’s concept of Beef, Beer, and Bread to life, featuring premium locally sourced beef from Sidwell Farms and Enid Brewing’s grain-to-glass brews. Each dish has been thoughtfully crafted to showcase the best of rural Oklahoma’s agricultural bounty, ensuring diners experience the finest flavors of the region.

Bennett’s experience spans multiple aspects of the hospitality industry, having worked alongside renowned chefs such as Chef Olivier Gaupin and Chef Rajeev Patgaonkar. Her well-rounded training includes culinary management roles at Great Wolf Lodge and her role as Culinary Manager for OSU’s Craft Beer Forum, making her a perfect fit for leading Enid Brewing’s culinary and hospitality operations.
