This craft beer is made with the hard-red winter wheat variety “Gallagher”, one of the most widely planted wheat varieties from Oklahoma State University. Enid Brewing Co. uses Oklahoma grown wheat and barley in all of their craft beers. This particular beer was chosen since its name coincides perfectly with the Oklahoma rebranding campaign “letting go of the old and making room for the new.”

Enid Brewing Co. is Oklahoma’s first and only grain-to-glass brewery that brings together the heritage of local agriculture, the booming of craft beer, and Oklahoma’s new brand with a product that is truly Oklahoma-made. Located in the historic, downtown Masonic Temple, Enid Brewing Co. strives to keep Oklahoma history alive with each craft beer being named after local places in Enid and northwest Oklahoma. Brands such as the Chisholm Trail Cream Ale, Pleasant Porter, Cielo Pintado (Painted Sky) Cerveza and VanceProud FlyPA are but a few. Therefore, it’s natural that Enid Brewing Co. embraces the new brand of Oklahoma to help usher in a new wave of agritourism into the state.
