Earl Eugene Litzell, 39, Tulsa resident, was born on September 24, 1980 in Enid, the son of Earl Lee and Laura Thoroughman Litzell, and passed away suddenly on December 16, 2019. He was raised in the Broken Arrow/Owasso area.

Survivors include his children, Dominic and Maysen; his parents, Earl and Laura of Claremore, Oklahoma; sisters, Kendra Spain and Jamie Vanhoosen, both of Owasso and Elizabeth and Devin of Oklahoma City; Grandmother, Betty Litzell of Enid.
