You Are Invited To A BBQ!
The Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday Commission is hosting a Western BBQ fundraiser on Saturday, September 19 at the Chisholm Trail Expo Center Pavilion. The BBQ event will begin at 5pm and was created to raise money for the annual MLK Holiday celebration in January.

The event will not only feature great food but will have live entertainment and more. Tickets are $20 for 13 to adult, $15 for ages 6-12 with younger kids getting in free. For ticket info call (580) 233-5348 or purchase tickets at the door.

Their purpose is to plan and organize a yearly comprehensive tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.;
Promotes equality and education and the need to continue the struggle against racial discrimination and poverty.

Board Members are made up of:
A representative of the Interracial Women's Club of Enid;
A representative of the NAACP;
A representative from the Southern Heights Community Organization;
Two at-large representatives.
