Many of the buildings and businesses along south Grand have been torn down and are long gone. There have been a few holdouts though and now Enid is about to actually get a brand new business in that area.
Tom and Jessica Andrew are turning their love of cooking and eating into a full time business. Jessica loves to cook and of course Tom likes to.. watch her cook. The couple has been toying with the idea for awhile now and with everything going on downtown it seemed like the perfect time. When I talked to them earlier in the year about the business you could tell the couple has a passion for cooking and making great meals at home.
Located across from the new Event Center, Downtown Kitchen Store (DKS) is Enid's only full retail kitchen store. They carry a variety of kitchen products from cutlery, kitchen tools, pots and pans, kitchen linens, aprons, gourmet food items, table top and many unique gift items. If you would like a one on one shopping experience, they would be more than happy to help you stock your kitchen with products specifically suited for you.
You will definitely want to take advantage of their Bridal and Gift Registry as well. Engaged couples can drop by and pick out their favorite kitchen tools and gadgets.

Their Grand Opening is November 1 from 6-9pm but they will also be open all day from 10am-6pm. Located at 401 S. Grand, Enid, OK 73701.
