The funeral for Donnie Lee Hall will be 10:00 AM Thursday, August 19, 2021, in the Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lori Siegman officiating. Burial will follow in the Waukomis Cemetery under the direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home. Visitation with family will be Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
Donnie was born November 17, 1940 in Winfield, KS to Cecil and Kathrine Hall and passed away Saturday, August 14, 2021 in Enid, OK.
Don grew up in Winfield, Kansas with his brothers and sister, where he was the middle child of five kids. He then married Darlene Deitchler Hall and started a family of their own, raising three children, Clinton Lee, Eddie Dale and Deanna Lynn. He worked 16 years at Beach Aircraft as an aircraft parts fabricator. It was in 1980, he moved his family to Mooreland, OK. He worked for ANR pipeline up until retirement in 1994. After retirement, he enjoyed working on their small farm raising goats, donkey’s and calves. The small farm life led them to their Business Crisstoria Creations making candles and homemade goat milk soap.
Don always enjoyed going to the farmers market selling farm fresh eggs.
Don enjoyed being with family, as his grandkids and great-grandkids were his life.
Donnie is survived by his children, Deanna Goodman and husband Rick of Meno and Clint Hall and wife Sharon of Sequin, TX, grandchildren Lindsey Marie Pruitt and husband Matt, Shelby Renee Redden and husband Eaf, Jessica Ann, Blake Curt, and Zachary Dale Goodman, seven great-grandchildren , sisters, Mary Lou Unruh and Kay Bradbury, and a brother, Clifford. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Darlene, son, Eddie Dale and brother, Gene.
