Daughter, Sister, Godmother, Aunt, and extraordinary friend, Donna was an inspiration to all who knew her. She was Director of Religious Education at St. Mary’s for many years and was proud to teach the First Communion class. She was a cantor for Mass, sang in the choir, and served on the Altar Society. Donna was a force of nature, a true fashionista with a passion for hair, makeup, and decorating for the holidays. She never backed down from a challenge. A Class of 1982 Cardinal, Donna served many years and roles on the Alumni Association Committee. She was a city council member from 1988-2011 when she was elected Mayor. Donna loved being Mayor until her health forced her to retire in July 2013. She enjoyed working at Kretchmar Distributing Inc. for 25 years. Donna thought of the mower dealers as friends and her co-workers as family, because most of them were.
Donna is survived by her sister, Debbie Richter and husband Kevin, sister-in-law Brenda Frazier, nephew Alex and wife Skylar, and Michael, her housemate, chef and care giver. Fur baby Coco Chanel, Uncle Bill Ciskowski and Aunt Evelyn, cousins Joey Ciskowski, Amanda Madl and husband Mike, Keira and Liam Madl, Aunt Sharon Bensley and Martha Skaggs, and many cousins and friends. Donna was proceeded in death by her parents Dale and Bernie (Ciskowski) Frazier and brothers Bill Frazier and J.C. Frazier.
