Celebration of Life for Dennis M. Christian, 77, of Enid, will be Wednesday, August 3, 2016, 10:00 AM at the Dover Christian Church in Dover, OK with Rev. Fred Jones officiating. Interment will follow in the New Home Cemetery in Loyal, OK. Services are under the direction of the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. Mr. Christian was born October 8, 1938 and passed away July 30, 2016.
Dennis was united in marriage to Lorna Dupy in 1981 in Ringwood, OK. They had 30 very happy years together, traveling the country and enjoying the beauty of it. He loved to keep his yard nice, going fishing, and visiting family. He was employed as a supervisor in the oil field business. He was a member of the Carrier Congregational Church.
Survivors include a sister Opal Christian of Holly, CO; four step-children, Kathy, Janelle, Randy and Marty, numerous step-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Lorna; two sisters, Ethel Cullers and Thelma Bassett, two brothers, William Christian and Erling Christian.
Memorial contributions may be made to Dover Christian Church or to the donor’s choice with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds. Online condolences may be left and viewing of the service at www.ladusauevans.com.
