Hader Excited for Opportunity to Serve House District 41

PIEDMONT, OK - Republican Denise Crosswhite Hader, on her 53rd birthday, on April 11th, will celebrate by officially filing her candidacy for Oklahoma House District 41 for the 2018 election cycle. District 41 is currently represented by John Enns, but he is term-limited and cannot seek re-election.

Since officially announcing her candidacy last September, Crosswhite Hader and her campaign team have crisscrossed all four counties in the district and every community meeting with the citizens in the places where they work, play and worship. Denise has been to 4H and FFA livestock shows and fairs in Enid, Waukomis, Cashion, and both Kingfisher and Canadian Counties. She has attended chamber and economic development events in Piedmont, Yukon and Enid. ‘We have had hundreds upon hundreds of folks commit to support my campaign as I share my innovative ideas of how we can right-size state government by auditing and investigating how we are spending the money we have before we press the taxpayers for more of their hard-earned income.” Denise said. “I share with voters that I have asked to serve on the Administrative Rules committee so that I can review state agency regulations. I hope to sunset burdensome and antiquated existing laws to give citizens back their freedom while reining in mission creep. The voters I have contacted realize that I am a serious proponent for their best interests.”

District 41 includes all of Piedmont, Surrey Hills, Waukomis, Drummond, Lahoma, Carrier, Hillsdale, Bison, and portions of Enid, Cashion, Deer Creek, and Oklahoma City.

Her legislative priorities are transportation infrastructure, military (supporting Vance AFB), public safety, corrections, and giving more freedom and local control to public education. This includes returning control of classrooms to teachers, along with redirecting funds into the classroom, and removing many of the extra responsibilities which are added to their workload.

“I look forward to the serious, sobering and challenging task of restoring the American Dream for the citizens of District 41 and the State of Oklahoma by allowing them to take back more control of their own lives.” Crosswhite Hader added.

Crosswhite Hader is a 1983 graduate of Piedmont High School and has a degree in Government from Oral Roberts University. She owns a small property management company. Denise and her husband, Marc Hader, live in Surrey Hills. They have two daughters and sons-in-law who live in the metro area, and are enjoying their grandchildren, Reagan, Lincoln and Grant, ages 4,3, and 1.
