Funeral services for David Grant Goe are 10:00 am, Saturday, December 16, 2017, at Ladasau.-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Jim Edmison will officiate with interment to follow in Hillsdale Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by the United States Marine Honor Guard. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

David Grant Goe was born December 12, 1942 and died on his 75th birthday. As a teenager he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, serving from 1960-1964, including tours in SE Asia during the Vietnam War. From 1973-1977 he served in the Air Force Reserves. David worked as an aircraft mechanic and inspector at Vance Air Force Base for 20 years and later retired from Boeing in San Antonio, Texas. On August 6, 1975 he married the love of his life, Carol. They were married for 42 years.

David is survived by his wife, Carol, of the home, and his daughters, Shari Goe and her wife Dorothy, and Dyanira Rucks and her husband Jameson. He had two granddaughters, Holli and Abbey, and three sisters, Flo Mills, Ginger Wilson, and Kim Buhite, and their spouses. He was predeceased by his parents, Darrell Goe and Rita Stringer Goe.
