David Alan Cain

memoryDavid Alan Cain, was born on Nov. 9, 1953, at Ponca City Hospital. David died on Saturday, Aug. 13, 2016, at his daughter’s home in Ponca City. He was the son of Lola Marie Butterfield Cain and Alfred Oscar Cain.

David graduated from Ponca City High School in the early 1970s. He worked
in the oilfield service beginning at Cain’s Oilfield Service, the business
that his father started.He worked as a mechanic and in many other fields. He had licenses through the Pentecostal Holiness Church. He also served in the U.S. Army Reserve
for one year.

He was preceded in death by his two children, Chresteen Elizabeth Cain and
David Alan Cain Jr.; brother, Darrell Cain; his parents; his grandparents
and many other family members. He is survived by four daughters, Cindy
Cain Judy and her husband Garry, of Sand Springs, Christal Cain Gaither
and husband Mike, of Blackwell, Roseleene Cain, of Ponca City and Virginia
Jagger, of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by nine grandkids.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 27, at Victory
Worship Center, 618 E. Hartford. Arrangements were under the kind guidance
of Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service Cremation Directors, Enid.
