Danny Coral Nakvinda, 70, Longtime Enid Resident, was born on November 10, 1949 in Guthrie, Oklahoma, the son of Dewey and Lottie Mae Nakvinda, and passed away peacefully on January 25, 2020 at his residence.

He lived in Cashon until the age of 16 when he moved to Lahoma to lived with his older brother Ted and attended the Lahoma School System, graduating from Lahoma High School. Danny married Marva Folger. To this union, one son, Douglas was born. Later, in 1984, Danny married his true love, Lana Detrixhe from Higgins, Texas. Danny owned and operated Danny’s Car Sales for thirty-four years with the help of his wife Lana and nephew Arron. He loved to fish, hunt, outdoors. Hand fishing and bow hunting were two of his favorite things to do when he had a chance to get away from the office.

Danny is survived by his wife Lana of the residence; son, Doug Nakvinda of Enid; sisters, Matty Melott of Enid and Judy Williams of Lahoma; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews. Danny was preceded in passing by his parents, sister Mary Melrose and brothers Raymond Duane Nakvinda and Ted Nakvinda. It was Danny’s request not to have a ceremony. Memorial donation checks may be made payable to Furever Friends Rescue of Enid or any other anumal rescue of your choice.
