Celebration of Life service for Daniel W. Zirkel, age 38 of Enid, will be Friday, May 5, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Steve Meier officiating. Cremation arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory.
Daniel was born on October 27, 1978 in Longmont, Colorado to Scott and Patricia Oxley Zirkel and passed away at his home on April 30, 2017.
He grew up in Turpin, Oklahoma area. He married Desarae Simon and they made their home in Enid. Daniel worked for many years at Enid Mack and enjoyed working with Troy Phillips. He loved being a dad and fishing and camping with his family. Daniel was involved with his kid’s sports and enjoyed car shows and barbeques with the family.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Daniel is survived by his wife, Desarae; two children, Kaden and Kinley, all of the home; father, Scott Zirkel and his wife Lana of Enid ; two brothers and their wives, Bobby and Terri of Oklahoma City, Brian and Tiffany of Nebraska; a sister and husband, Crystal and Levi Artho of Guymon; many other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to the funeral home.
