ENID, OK - During the early morning hours of 08/07/2019 several vehicles were burglarized on 4800 Spring Ridge Rd. and nearby 4600 Wheatland in southwest Enid. The items stolen include purses, wallets, cash, and a .45 caliber handgun. The handgun, which was stolen from a vehicle on Wheatland, was recovered on Spring Ridge Rd. where the suspect was burglarizing another vehicle and chased from the scene by a citizen.

The suspect is described as a light skinned male, approximately 5’6”, with long, curly black hair pulled into a pony tail. He was wearing a black hooded shirt and baggie jeans. See attached surveillance video.

The suspect entered each of these vehicles through unlocked doors. Enid Police reminds all citizens to lock their vehicles and remove or hide from sight all valuables.
