Officers with the Enid Police Department responded to Family Dollar located at 102 W Owen K. Garriott in reference to theft. When they arrived at the business they made contact with the store manager. The manager reported that a white female wearing a pink spaghetti strap shirt and pink capris had left the business without paying for a large amount of merchandise. The manager stated the female had placed all the items inside a large pink cooler bag and left the business without paying for any of the items. Katherine stated the female got onto a bicycle and rode south bound on Independence.

The female is seen on store video footage, on multiple cameras, walking around the store selecting items and placing them in her basket. The female is observed approaching the front register and is pretending to look through some clothing racks while she watches the manager at the register.
