Enid, OK - It was reported to the Enid Police Department that between August 19th, 2017 and August 20th, 2017 12 cars were vandalized in the parking lot of Esplande Apartments, 1120 N. Cleveland. It was reported that an unknown subject went through the parking lot and “keyed” several vehicles causing damage to the vehicles.
