Clinton Dean Evans, age 53, went to his Heavenly home on February 6, 2023. He was born on June 8,1969 in El Paso, TX to Jim and Carey (Koke) Evans.
Clint graduated from Billings High School in 1988 and soon after joined the United States Army. After completion of his initial training at Fort Benning, GA in 1989, he was stationed in Germany and did a tour in Desert Storm as a tank operator.
He returned home to Billings, Ok and met the love of his life, Candy Deeds Evans. They married on June 17, 1995 and were inseparable for over 27 years. Together they had 2 children, Diamond and Jordan, and lived in the Billings or Garber area for the duration of their time together. Clint had the kindest of hearts, was a devoted husband and father and was the rock of the family. After returning home from the military, he was employed as a Machine Operator by Rush Metals and then Ditch Witch for over 15 years.
Clint accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior at a young age, was a faithful believer and a member of the Billings Baptist Church. He loved God, his family, OU sports and his Country and would passionately defend them all. His favorite past time was watching OU sports of any kind, the Dallas Cowboys and sitting around a table with family and friends playing games. His presence will be dearly missed by all that knew him.
Clint is survived by his devoted wife Candy Evans and son Jordan of the home, daughter Diamond and husband Shelton Pierce of Billings, OK, father in law Randy Deeds of Garber, OK, brother Bart and wife Toni Evans of Derby, KS, niece Kacie and husband Ryan Hoffman of Derby, KS, niece Laine and fiancé Gabe Gutierrez of Wichita, KS, sister Sherri and husband Daron Sharp of Calera, OK, niece Holly and husband Jesse James of Ada, OK, nephew Boston Sharp of Tontitown, AR, niece Makenzie and husband Sean McCutchen of Farmington, AR, niece Shaylon Sharp of Joplin, MO, brother Brandon and wife Cat Evans of Billings, OK, nephew Caidon Evans of Idaho as well as a great nephew, 4 great nieces, many cousins, aunts, uncles and fond friends.
Clint was proceeded in death by his parents, Jim and Carey Evans of Billings, Ok and his mother in law, Barbara Deeds of Garber, OK.
Funeral Services will be held at the Baptist Church in Billings, OK on Monday, February 13th at 2pm with Pastor Kurtis Stoll officiating. Committal prayers and interment will follow at the Black Bear Cemetery, Garber, OK under the guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.
