Funeral services for Cheryl Ann Scott, 72 of Enid, will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, July 22, 2021 in the Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Donaldson officiating. Burial will follow in the Covington Cemetery under the direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.
Cheryl was born June 4, 1949 in Stockton, CA to Leroy and Wilma Brown Lane and passed away Saturday, July 17, 2021 in Enid.
At the age of ten, she moved to Buffalo, OK and later graduated from Buffalo High School. She spent most of her years after that living in the Covington area. She worked at DHS as a clerk. In her retirement years, Cheryl enjoyed dancing, cooking and spending time with her grandkids.
Cheryl is survived by her three sons, Brian, John and Neal, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, four sisters, Pam Springer, Teresa Lane, Marilyn Johnston and Bev Lane and a brother Richard Lane. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three sisters and a grandson, Lloyd.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to OMRF – Heart or Diabetes Division.
