Chuck was born on September 11, 1959, in Enid, to Ilo Wayne and Charlene (Buchanan) Watkins and died June 9, 2023 in Enid.
He grew up in Enid and later made his home in Arkansas. Chuck had three children, Jennifer, Jeremy and Jannah. Chuck returned to Enid and worked for Triangle for several years. He enjoyed being a mechanic and spending time on the boat at the lake.
Chuck was preceded in death by his father; brother, Mike; sisters, Phyllis and Sue; and grandparents.
He is survived by his mother, Charlene Watkins; three children, Jennifer Pestel, Jeremy Watkins, Jannah Watkins; seven grandchildren.
