We have spent the majority of our work-lives in the medical field and have seen many different ways of approaching patient care. We want to redefine the status quo. The fact is, people want to live long and happy lives. Most people would rather enjoy the pleasantries of life from the comfort of the place they know as “home.” We want to support that desire. We want to provide services to help people be where they want to be and do what they want to do... easier."

Grayson Starbuck, Doctor of Physical Therapy

Grayson Starbuck is a Physical Therapist. He was born in the small town of Shattuck, Oklahoma and raised in the "slightly larger", small town of Alva, Oklahoma. Grayson graduated at the top of his class with a Bachelors Degree in Biology from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva, Oklahoma in 2011. Following this, he immediately began post-graduate studies in pursuit of his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Grayson has been employed in various healthcare settings providing home health, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation, acute care, and wound care services since 2014. Grayson’s beautiful wife, Crystal Starbuck, and super intelligent son, Gatlin, are his sources of motivation.

Ginger Nickel, Licensed Practical Nurse

Ginger Nickel was born and raised in Freedom, Oklahoma. She began her collegiate education at Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva, Oklahoma. Ginger continued schooling through High Plains Area Vocational School in Woodward, Oklahoma to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. She has worked in the medical field since 1983, boasting experience in multiple settings including rural hospitals, nursing home facilities, home health care, and more. She has an entrepreneurial spirit, owning and selling multiple successful businesses including a weight loss clinic and a home health care company. She and her husband, Russell Nickel, raised two amazing daughters, both in the medical field. Ginger enjoys spending time with family, especially her three beautiful grandchildren. Ginger has a passion for geriatrics and helping people stay home as long as possible.

Rachael Hutchison, Registered Nurse

Rachael Hutchison was born and raised in a small community west of Enid, Oklahoma. She graduated in 2011 from Northern Oklahoma College with an Associates Degree in Nursing. Rachael has experience in multiple healthcare settings including home health care, hospice care, cardiac rehabilitation, and long term care, holding positions ranging from staff nurse to director of nursing. She has been heavily involved in building up multiple successful businesses, including a weight loss clinic and a home health care company. More recently, she obtained her Home Care Administrator license in her pursuit to initiate and coordinate the delivery of companion and personal care services in the state of Oklahoma as the Director of Nursing for Champion Home and Companion Care. Rachael has a supportive husband and two beautiful children. She greatly enjoys geriatrics and has a heart to serve the community in their homes.

Crystal Starbuck, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

Crystal Starbuck is a nurse practitioner from Edmond, Oklahoma. She has been practicing cardiovascular medicine since 2017 as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Prior to this, Crystal worked as a Registered Nurse in multiple settings including emergency medicine, intensive care, and medical-surgical nursing. She will be serving Champion Home and Companion Care as an advisor to ensure the delivery of quality services. She is the wife of Grayson Starbuck, another team member of Champion Home and Companion Care.
