Gary L. Brown
Gary is a native of Enid and graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1976 with a BBA (Accounting) and the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1981. He has been elected a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and is a member of the American, Oklahoma, and Garfield County (President 2008) Bar Associations. Gary is rated AV by the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory. Gary was named in the Top Attorneys in Oklahoma beginning in 2011, and has been selected by his peers to be included in The Best Lawyers in America and as an Oklahoma Super Lawyer practicing in the area of Estate Planning for the past six years.

Jessica L. Caruthers
Jessica, a native of Omaha, Nebraska, was born in 1978 and admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association in 2005. She attended Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication. Ms. Caruthers later attended the University of Minnesota School of Law, where she earned her law degree, Cum Laude, in 2005. She is admitted to practice before all state courts in Oklahoma and Kansas, the United States District Courts for the Western and Northern Districts of Oklahoma and the District Court of Kansas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Phil is a native Oklahoman, born in Fairview, Oklahoma on March 17, 1962. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science degree in 1984 and a Masters of Public Administration in 1986. He later earned his law degree in 1992 from Oklahoma City University School of Law. He is admitted to practice before all State and Federal District Courts in Oklahoma. He is a member of the American, Oklahoma, and Garfield County Bar Associations and the Oklahoma Association for Justice.
