September 20, 1944 - July 23, 2021
The Memorial services celebrating and honoring the life of Billy Leroy Williams, 76, of Perry, will be held privately at a later date.
Billy was born September 20, 1944 to Ralph and Bessie Williams in Perry, Oklahoma and passed in the comfort of his own home, in Enid, surrounded by his family on July 23, 2021.
Billy loved golf, football, westerns especially John Wayne. Those who knew him knew he took no “crap” from anyone; He has always been the silent strong type who suffered in silence. His death was no different. He lived like he died, on his own terms. I am going to leave his favorite quote he was known for. "I'm gonna be buried face down, so people can kiss my ass as they walk by." Billy was a loving father, husband, grandfather, and friend to everyone.
He leaves behind daughters Tammy Luttrull and Billie Leonard, sons Michael Williams and Jerry Williams. He leaves behind many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Billy was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Williams (Best)
