ENID, OK - Stephen and Ashton Hager have some great ideas for improving the entertainment value at Pheasant Run Golf Club & Grill.
An agreement is in place for the sale of Pheasant Run to a local investment group that includes the Hagers. Ashton, a 2007 EHS graduate, is returning home to help run the business.
Ashton is part of the Zaloudek family, long time business owners in the Kremlin area. The Hagers currently operate the Kona Ice franchise in Tulsa and have a hand in several other ventures running from Wichita, Kansas to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
Big improvements to Pheasant Run are in the works to help create an entertainment hub along that area of town. The group plans on starting with one small improvement at a time.
The first unique improvement you’ll notice at the Pheasant Run Golf Club is the ability to purchase a dual golf membership at PR and Meadowlake Golf Course. It’s not often that a town gets the opportunity to play a private course and municipal course all for one price.
The trial partnership is currently good for individual memberships only from March 2023 to February 2024. Golfers must sign up at Pheasant Run. Regular memberships to both courses will continue to be available.
The one year dual membership is $300 a month. A $330 a month plan includes range balls at both courses and 10% off discounts at PR Grill and the Meadowlake Pro Shop.
Pheasant Run is also offering a $79.99 a month membership that includes three rounds of golf with cart or $99.99 a month for four rounds of golf with cart. These are PR only memberships with a one year agreement.
The PR Grill will institute Happy Hour with 1/2 price drinks from 4pm to 7pm beginning in March. Other big improvements are planned for the bar and grill.
PR Grill currently serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Stop in for large portions of traditional breakfast favorites from 9am to 11am weekdays and 8am to 11am weekends.
The bar and grill is open from 9am to 9pm Monday thru Thursday, 8am to Midnight on Friday and Saturday, and from 8am to 9pm on Sunday. They plan on booking more live music for the weekends. Plan on being there on Saturday, February 11 from 8pm to 11pm to hear AllTown.
Specialties at the grill include a hand breaded chicken fry and the ever famous pork chop. Updated menus will soon be posted on the Facebook page and new website.
The new website will allow golfers to book tee times online and it will have the full grill menu. You can also keep updated on events like a Valentine’s Day dinner and Super Bowl Party on their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/prgolfandgrill.
Pheasant Run will be hosting a Par Three Tournament on February 18. Players will tee off at 1pm. You have until 12:30pm on Feb. 18 to sign up. Cost is $30 for members and $55 for non members.
If you need to book a room for a party the clubhouse has that as well. Pheasant run is located at 1702 Clubhouse Drive. If you have questions call (580) 233-2355 or email Pheasantrun1702@yahoo.com.
