The graveside service for Betty Turner, 91 of Enid, will be 3:00PM, Saturday, November 14, 2020, in Memorial Park Cemetery with Gail Edmison officiating. Arrangements under the direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home & Crematory.
Betty was born September 17, 1929, in Pond Creek, to Roy and Gladys (Hull) Sharkey and passed away on November 12, 2020 in Enid.
Betty graduated from Pond Creek High School. She married Robert Turner on December 21, 1947 in Pond Creek. They had four children. She worked at North Enid School as a cook for over twenty years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, her son, Robert, Jr., both her parents and her sister, Nancy Sharkey.
Betty is survived by three of her children, Roberta Gibson of Texas, Betty Chamberlain of Enid, and Linda Eidd of Texas; nine grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; brother, Roy Sharkey; and sister, Jane Gragert.
