Celebration of Life Service for Betty Jo Karns, 84 Enid, will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 26, 2023, in the Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Miller officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory.
Betty was born October 10, 1938, in Enid to Merida and Leona Porter Newkirk and passed away Thursday, September 21, 2023 in Enid. She graduated from Carrier High School.
She married Mason Karns in 1956 in Enid where they made their home.
She was a member of Willow View Church.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband Mason, and two brothers Dick and Roy. She is survived by her children, Jeffery Karns and April Batchelder and husband Mark,
Five grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and a sister, Linda Clemens.
