ENID, OK - Bennie’s Barn opens the doors for a holiday open house and hosting their 8th Annual Sleigh Rides with Santa on Saturday, December 18 from 11:00am to 2:00pm.
This year's Sleigh Rides with Santa will host tons of fun for the whole family! $5 admission includes sleigh rides with Santa, story time, petting and feeding the horses. There will also be hay rides, crafts, face painting, Santa letter writing, a bounce house, and food available at the event.
Get out out and enjoy the family friendly day of activities and Christmas spirit! All proceeds benefit the therapy horses and riders at Bennie's Barn.

Bennie’s Barn is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit Equine Therapeutic Riding Ranch located at 4914 E. Rupe in Enid, Oklahoma. The facility includes 160 acres of trails and acreage and an indoor facility. It provides a supervised, dynamic, recreational horse riding experience for children with mental and physical disabilities, at risk youth, and Veterans who have suffered mental and physical scars from the war. The bond that is formed between the horse and the person in need is a strong one that helps them process feelings, alleviate fears, and find their best self.
Bennie's Barn seeks out and rescues horses that have been abused, neglected and potential slaughter horses. They bring them to the ranch and give them another shot at a beautiful life; one that is encompassed in love and with a nurturing for the human and animal spirit, alike. The horses are then used to help the affected children and Veterans who suffer from any mental or physical ailment. It is their mission to heal hooves and hearts through horse therapy.
