ENID, OK - Cowboy Bank has a long history of serving Oklahoma. The bank was originally chartered in the town of Kremlin, OK in May of 1900, seven years before Oklahoma statehood.
The Zaloudek family purchased controlling interest in the bank in October of 1976. Four new branches were opened between 1992 and 2006.
In 2019 the Bank of Kremlin was acquired by the Winter Family of Enid, OK. After five years under new ownership, the Bank of Kremlin changed its name to Cowboy Bank in February of 2024.
They currently have branches in Kremlin, Enid, North Enid, Drummond and Goltry.
