ENID, OK - Fly on over to Leonardo’s because it is Aviation Day! On Saturday, August 17 there will be so many exciting activities available to families looking for educational fun! Leonardo’s will be doing all things aviation. To participate, guests simply pay general admission, whereas members can use their memberships to experience all the fun that is in store. Aviation Day at Leonardo’s will be during our regular hours, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The activities that Aviation Day will consist of are a whirl of fun, yet educational. There will be science demos along with a popular attraction, the StarLab, which is an igloo-like lab that projects the planets and constellations for children to see and learn about space. In addition to those, there is going to be flight paintings, paper airplanes and all sorts of aviation crafts to be made.

Leonardo’s is partnering with the Cherokee Strip Museum to provide many activities for families and encourage them to visit both museums. There will be rocks painted with aviation themes and kids can find them throughout the two museums, once the rocks are found, kids may bring them to the front desk at Leonardo’s for a small surprise! Aviation Day will be an abundance of fun! You will not want to miss this! Bring a friend, tell a friend and come to Leonardo’s!
