Enid, OK - FIGHT! is the name of a song written by singer/songwriter/musician, Natalie Scoggins Smith, of Guthrie, OK. She is the oldest daughter of Tim and Evalyn Scoggins of Cleo Springs, OK. Natalie graduated from Aline-Cleo High School and has been writing songs since age 14.

“I wrote this song one night after reading Facebook posts and seeing people fighting and putting down President Trump and I got absolutely mad! I decided to put that energy into music and came up with the idea for FIGHT!,” Smith said.

Smith is a big fan of local Enid artist, Travis INFAMOUS Young, who is the son in law of one of her best friends, former Enid Postmaster, Gena Maze Morgan. Smith knew that she wanted to pull him in on the song if she could and she pitched it to him a few weeks ago.

Smith knew she was hitting Young at an inopportune time because he has a son due any day now and had recently taken on the Wichita, KS cable area in his job. Luckily, things worked out perfectly, they cut the song at a studio called “Dammit Boy” in Dickson, TN.

Smith feels this is the perfect time for this song to come out and in 3 days it had over 16,000 HITS! She is asking for folks near her hometown to help get this to go viral!
