What’s so amazing is that she started painting when she was 9. Amanda LaMunyon is now a young lady who has exceptional artistic talent and who also has Asperger’s syndrome, which according to a Web site about the disorder is a milder form of autism that is characterized by social isolation and eccentric behavior in childhood.

Amanda sells her artwork on her website and has donated a portion of the proceeds to Children’s Medical Research Institute in Oklahoma City.
