The graveside service for Albert L. Henry, 77 year-old Enid resident will be 11:00AM Monday, January 25, 2016 in the Otoe-Missouria Cemetery at Red Rock, Oklahoma. Rev. C.W. Sweetwater will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.
Albert was born March 21, 1938 in Pawnee, Oklahoma to Albert and Marie (DeRoin) Henry and died Thursday, January 21, 2016 in Enid. Albert attended the Pawnee Indian School and Red Rock School. He joined the United States Navy in 1956 and was honorably discharged as a Seaman 1st Class. He was a machinist for over twenty years with Industrial Iron Inc. Albert also worked as a security guard with Phillips University.
He married Gladys Whisenhunt. She preceded him in death.
He is survived by cousins J.R. and Charmaine Brown, Hank and Marie Childs, John and Kathy Norman, Kenneth Norman, Charlie Faw Faw and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Gladys, one brother, Fred Agard and his cousin Rene Faw Faw.
