Home health care is a service that permits a patient to receive professional healthcare and rehabilitation services administered by a licensed professional and directed by your physician in the comfort of your home. Home health care is designed for a person who is having a hard time leaving his or her home and needs care provided by a skilled professional, such as a nurse or a therapist. The goal of home health is to assist the patient in maintaining their independence.
The people Abiding Home Health serves have a variety of needs. From chronic to acute illnesses to individuals who require health care assistance to live independently at home.
