Autium Carter took over the old Expectations location in December and opened in January. Autium can handle breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, desserts, and meal pairing with wine. She enjoys sharing her passion by offering classes, both private and groups. She teaches the fundamentals of cooking and shows you how to create a healthy meal that still tastes wonderful.
