The services celebrating and honoring the life of Sally Phillips, 69, of Enid, will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday October 19, 2020 in the Oakwood Christian Church. A visitation will be held 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. Tuesday October 18, 2022 in the Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.
Burial will take place before the privately before the service. Services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.
