Enid, OK – Great Plains Bank is purchasing a developed lot in the highly traveled retail corridor The District, located at W. Owen K Garriott Rd and S. Cleveland St in Enid, Oklahoma from Anchored Capital 3 Investments, LLC.
Great Plains Bank will be moving from their current location on West Broadway, which was recently donated to the City of Enid. The Bank will build and occupy a new banking facility with an approximate size of 6,000 square feet.
